Event Outline

The beginning of our parties involve guests’ arrival, some introductions, then a quick tour of the Wildlings space and custom stations.

  • To get the party spirit flowing, we kick off as a group with a themed warm-up game.

  • A facilitator will then guide partiers through their adventures into the custom stations.

  • After plenty of themed fun, we gather around the campfire to sing and celebrate.

  • We then end with the celebrated person being gifted a unique birthday crown, that has been created and decorated by the group throughout the party.

Stations

Alongside our timetable of celebratory proceedings, three custom stations will be provided for each party.
The content of stations is modified by facilitators based on which party theme has been selected.

The stations we provide include the following:

Explore - self-led sensory experiences or immersive activities

Create - opportunity to craft something special to take home

Play - time to dive into themed toys, props and costume

Add-ons

  • Hot Chocolate & Toasted Marshmallows

    £25 for package

    To compliment a delicious hot chocolate that has been brewed by the group over the campfire, enjoy toasty marshmallows too… YUM!

    • Specially prepared fire and coals for cooking.

    • Cauldron to brew and heat hot chocolate over the fire.

    • Appropriate tools, utensils, cups.

    • Organic hot chocolate, organic cow’s milk (please bring your own plant milk if you prefer).

    • Bundles of marshmallows & warm chocolate.

  • Face Paints & Photo Booth

    £25 for package

    An additional station will be set up for party goers to get their faces painted and capture pictures of their time celebrating together.

    • Set of face paints in lots of fun colours.

    • Sponges, brushes and tools to apply face paints.

    • Water to clean tools.

    • A mirror to check out the look.

    • Themed pictures to inspire ideas for face/body painting.

    • Designated decorated area for capturing memories with friends.

    • Selection of themed costume & props.

Party Information

Themed packages designed for children aged up to 16 years.

From toddler to teen, and all the years between, we have a selection of party themes that are designed for young people of any age.

Custom games, activities and crafts.

Alongside these crafted activities, we prepare and provide creatively themed stations to keep the party flowing.

Over 2 hours of wild fun!

We offer 90 minutes of party time and 45 minutes for food, cake and celebrations to allow plenty of room to fill with party activities.

A unique willow crown for the birthday boy/girl.

Throughout the party, the group will decorate a willow crown for the birthday person. This is then gifted in a crowning ceremony at the end of the party.

Private use of our magical woodland.

Guests will arrive at our exclusive location, say goodbye to the outside world at the car park, and then journey down the Enchanted Path to find the special hearth of our beautiful Wildlings Camp.

Party refreshments are available.

Filtered water, herbal teas and organic biscuits are provided. To create a larger spread, or include some yummy campfire treats, there is the option to purchase some of our add-ons. You can bring your own party food and refreshments, however please ensure all waste is taken away with you, as Wildlings is a 'leave no trace' site.

Maximum of 20 children per party.

Up to 10 attendees are included in the standard booking.
Additional attendees are at a per person rate, up to 20.
If you really do want more than 20 children, talk to us and we may be able to accommodate on certain occasions.

Adult to child ratios.

We require three adults to stay and supervise, manage arrivals etc.
Children aged below 5: we request a ratio of at least one host adult per two young people.

On site, at all times, adults are responsible for: maintaining awareness of fire safety, ensuring everyone remains within the Wildlings space, assisting younger children with the toilet, helping young people in activities, and general supervision.

PRICES 

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £80

  • Fixed 2nd payment of £170 for up to 10 children.

  • Each additional child £22, for up to 20 children max party attendees.

AVAILABILITY 

  • Parties are available on select Fridays (PM) or Saturdays (AM/PM).

  • Morning parties run from 10:00 - 12:00.

  • Afternoon parties run from 13:00 - 15:00.
