From toddler to teen, we create woodland parties filled with adventure, imagination, nature, making and play. Choose one of our crafted party themes, or talk to us about creating something completely your own.

The Wildlings Party

Event Outline

Your Wildlings party leader takes care of the children's experience, leading the activities and bringing the adventure to life.

Guests arrive and gather for a big themed group game, getting to know each other and the woodland boundaries.

From there, the adventure unfolds with a themed make, followed by free play around Camp, with plenty of time for exploring, imagining and discovering.

We'll finish with food, cake and celebrations, including a special birthday crown created by the group and presented in a final woodland crowning ceremony.

You bring the celebration - we create the adventure.

How the Adventure Unfolds

Play - A big themed group game to bring everyone together and burn off some energy.

Create - A themed make, including the birthday crown, made by the group for the birthday child.

Explore - Free play around Camp with swings, hammocks, slackline, mud kitchen and cosy cabin, plus a quiet activity table for calmer moments.

Our party leaders shape each party around your group's ages and energy, leaving plenty of room for imagination, exploration and play.

Make It Your Own

Your party is yours to celebrate.

Bring along your favourite food, drinks, cake and decorations, and make the celebration as simple or as creative as you'd like.

Wildlings provides the woodland setting, drinking water, hand-washing facilities, a compost loo, activity materials and your dedicated party leader.

Our woodland is open and unfenced, so your family provides the supervising adults. For under 8s, every child's grown-up stays for the whole party.

Included in Every Party: Choose one

  • Campfire & Toasted Marshmallows

    Gather round the campfire for stories, songs, toasty marshmallows and a little extra woodland magic.

  • Face Paints & Photo Booth

    An extra station for face painting, costumes, props and capturing some memories of the day.

Cost

  • £300 for up to 20 children

  • Every child attending counts, including the birthday child and siblings.
